One-of-a-kind stoneware vase hand built by furniture designer and ceramic artist Alex Muradian. This tall vase is made in Westhampton, NY, and features a textured surface, washed with cobalt oxide and finished in a clear glaze. The result is a striking blue color which shows of the way the cobalt drips along the surface. Part of a series exploring the fascinating behavior of clay, revealing its fabric-like qualities as it gracefully folds.
