Shipping policy

Small orders placed before 1 PM will be shipped the same day to the best of our ability. All other orders will be shipped the next day.

Sample orders are processed with free shipping via USPS First Class. If you would like expedited shipping, please contact customer service; shipping charges may apply.

Please note that delays may occur during holidays and special events.

Refunds are not available for shipping costs, and return shipping fees may apply.

For larger or heavier items, shipping may not be available, and these items must be picked up at our showroom. You may arrange for freight transportation or movers for larger items. While we can recommend some options, we do not handle or take responsibility for this process.
